Simple French Toast

Ingredients
- 6 slices of your favorite bread (I love using brioche or streusel loafs)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium heat. Spray with a non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Coat each slice of bread in the egg mixture, one slice at a time.
- Place bread slices on heated skillet and cook until golden brown on each side.
- Serve with desired toppings (syrup, fruit, chocolate chips, whipped cream, etc)
