Roasted Chickpeas

Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Rinse can of chickpeas under water and pat dry.
  2. Toss chickpeas in olive oil and spices. Modify amounts as needed to taste.
  3. Place chickpeas in an even layer on a baking sheet. For easier clean-up, line the baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  4. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until crunchy. Stir chickpeas at least one time during the process for even baking.

Notes

I like to use roasted chickpeas on salads, soups, on gyros, as a side dish, or as part of a snack!
