Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Rinse can of chickpeas under water and pat dry.
- Toss chickpeas in olive oil and spices. Modify amounts as needed to taste.
- Place chickpeas in an even layer on a baking sheet. For easier clean-up, line the baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until crunchy. Stir chickpeas at least one time during the process for even baking.
Notes
I like to use roasted chickpeas on salads, soups, on gyros, as a side dish, or as part of a snack!
