This recipe takes instant ramen to the next level by incorporating more protein and fiber for a more filling meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant ramen
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 3 oz pork belly or chicken, prepared (use tofu for a vegetarian alternative)
  • 1/8 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/8 cup edamame
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro or green onion
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ramen as indicated on the package. Add the carrots and edamame to the water when it is very hot.
  2. Top with egg, meat or tofu, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
  3. Enjoy immediately
