This recipe takes instant ramen to the next level by incorporating more protein and fiber for a more filling meal.
Ingredients
- 1 packet instant ramen
- 1 soft boiled egg
- 3 oz pork belly or chicken, prepared (use tofu for a vegetarian alternative)
- 1/8 cup shredded carrots
- 1/8 cup edamame
- 2 Tbsp cilantro or green onion
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the ramen as indicated on the package. Add the carrots and edamame to the water when it is very hot.
- Top with egg, meat or tofu, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
- Enjoy immediately
