Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 Tbsp protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Honey, maple syrup, sugar-free syrup, or other sweetener to taste
  • Fruit, nut butter, nuts, other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (besides toppings) in a glass jar or container with a lid. Shake or stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Top with desired toppings. Enjoy hot or cold.
