Homemade Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup broth*
- salt, pepper, onion powder, oregano to taste
Instructions
- Add tomatoes, canned tomatoes, garlic, and seasonings to a medium sized pot over medium high heat. Cook until tomatoes become soft.
- Add broth to mixture. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth or remove from heat and blend in a standard blender.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
Notes
*I like to use bone broth for added protein. You can use any type of broth that you prefer.
