Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14.5 oz) can corn, drained and rinsed
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- juice of 1/2 lime
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping to tacos, quesadillas, etc.
