Ingredients
- 6 taco-sized flour tortillas
- 1/2 lb ground beef, prepared with taco seasoning
- 1 (15 oz) can of black beans
- 1 (15 oz) can of corn
- 1 (4.5 oz) can of green chiles
- 1-2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
- Place tortillas on prepared baking sheet. On half of the tortilla, layer with shredded cheese, cooked ground beef, beans, corn, and green chiles.
- Fold tortilla in half and press firmly so that the tortilla stays in place. Bake for 10 minutes or until tortillas become crispy.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, or other desired toppings.
