Baked Tacos

Ingredients

  • 6 taco-sized flour tortillas
  • 1/2 lb ground beef, prepared with taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 oz) can of black beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can of corn
  • 1 (4.5 oz) can of green chiles
  • 1-2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
  2. Place tortillas on prepared baking sheet. On half of the tortilla, layer with shredded cheese, cooked ground beef, beans, corn, and green chiles.
  3. Fold tortilla in half and press firmly so that the tortilla stays in place. Bake for 10 minutes or until tortillas become crispy.
  4. Serve with salsa, sour cream, or other desired toppings.
