Ingredients

  • 1 apple, diced and frozen (I like honeycrisp for this recipe)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • whipped cream for topping, if desired

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
