Ingredients
- 1 apple, diced and frozen (I like honeycrisp for this recipe)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 2-3 Tbsp rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- whipped cream for topping, if desired
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
